Product Description

Otrivine Extra Dual Relief 0.5 mg/ml + 0.6 mg/ml Nasal Spray, Solution is designed for nasal application, offering relief from symptoms of nasal congestion and runny nose due to colds. It contains the active ingredients xylometazoline hydrochloride and ipratropium bromide. Xylometazoline hydrochloride aids in clearing nasal passages by reducing excessive secretions and restoring swollen blood vessels to their normal size, while ipratropium bromide reduces nasal mucus secretion.

Dosage

• Adults over 18 years: Administer one spray dose in each nostril, up to a maximum of 3 times daily for no longer than 7 days.
• Allow at least 6 hours between doses.
• Not suitable for children under 18 years.
