We understand that there may be cases when your order is delayed. In such cases, we will contact you directly to inform you of this delay. There also may be cases when the product delivered is not correct or not as per your specifications when placing the order. In such cases, you can return them for replacement/refund, as per our return policy.
If your order is to be delivered by courier, our courier service DPD are responsible for the prompt delivery of your order. You might receive a text message informing you when the package would be delivered. To enable this to happen, kindly ensure that correct mobile number is entered, when placing the order. Also, a signature could be obtained from you, once you receive the order. This would complete the order process.
We also send orders via post. If at the time of delivery, no one is present at your residence, then an information slip will be left at the address with the details of how you can collect your package at the nearest Post Depot.
Pure Pharmacy cannot accept any responsibility for items that are lost in transit. It is hence, suggested that all items are returned via recorded delivery.

Pure Pharmacy will accept unwanted items that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery. All unwanted items must be returned in an unused, ‘as new’ condition, in the original packaging and in re-sealable condition, or we reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund the returned goods. Exclusions apply and are detailed below.
Once the returned goods have been received by post, a refund will be issued in full via the original payment method. Pure Pharmacy cannot accept any responsibility for items that are lost in transit. It is therefore suggested that all items are returned via recorded delivery.
If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered or collected from store, an exchange or refund will be offered. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery
Outside the Returns Period
Any goods returned by post/courier outside the returns period (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. We may return the goods to you.
Our refund policy does not affect your rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.
