We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being received.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you directly to keep you informed. If you receive an incorrect item or your order does not match your purchase, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

We use both DPD and An Post to deliver orders across Ireland. Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information and delivery updates from the relevant courier. Please ensure you provide the correct mobile number and delivery details when placing your order. A signature may be required upon delivery where applicable.

If your order is delivered by An Post and no one is available to receive it, a delivery notice may be left with details of how to collect your parcel from your local Post Office or Delivery Service Unit.

Pure Pharmacy cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit. We recommend that all returned items are sent using a tracked or recorded delivery service.

If you wish to return a product you have purchased from purepharmacy.ie, please read all sections of this page to ensure the product is eligible for return and for all specific information relating to your product.

Returns by post/courier for online purchases

Pure Pharmacy will accept unwanted items that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery. All unwanted items must be returned in an unused, ‘as new’ condition, in the original packaging and in re-sealable condition, or we reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund the returned goods. Exclusions apply and are detailed below.

Once the returned goods have been received by post, a refund will be issued in full via the original payment method. Pure Pharmacy cannot accept any responsibility for items that are lost in transit. It is therefore suggested that all items are returned via recorded delivery.

If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered or collected from store, an exchange or refund will be offered. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery

Outside the Returns Period
Any goods returned by post/courier outside the returns period (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. We may return the goods to you.

Our refund policy does not affect your rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.

No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.
