Do you ship outside the Republic of Ireland?
Our delivery service is limited to the Republic of Ireland, so we do not currently ship outside of Ireland.
How do I price my prescription?
Using our Prescription Price checker on our website you can upload a copy of your prescription and a quote will be emailed back to you or alternatively call 012893270 to speak to a member of staff directly.
*Please note that a copy of the prescription is only used for pricing purposes. A physical copy or a Healthmail prescription must be provided to fulfil the prescription.
When will I receive my order?
When an order is placed before 2pm we aim to dispatch your delivery on the next working day. This can change due to busier periods of the year and in this case expect your order with 3 working days.
How do I book a COVID booster or Flu vaccine?
COVID boosters as well as flu vaccines are booked through our online booking portal, where you can see available appointments across our stores.

How much does delivery cost?
We currently offer customers three free deliveries per year, with delivery costing €5 per delivery thereafter.
Who will delivery my order?
We use DPD Courier service for the delivery of your order. You will receive a text message with a one-hour delivery window and tracking number.
