GeneCheck

GeneCheck is a simple genetic test designed to help personalise medication choices for Irish patients.

By testing how your genes may interact with 70+ commonly prescribed medications, it can support more informed treatment decisions and help reduce the risk of unwanted side effects.

Results typically take 8–10 working weeks, but in some cases may take up to 12 weeks, from the time your sample is sent for processing.

Due to the sensitivity of saliva testing, a second sample may be required in some cases. If this happens, there is no additional cost, though additional time may be required.

Once your sample is being processed, the timeline cannot be expedited.

Patients will be contacted directly when results are ready.
