This test is for individuals aged 18 and over.

A focused blood test designed to assess how your body is responding to physical and emotional stress.

It measures two key hormones — Cortisol and DHEA-S — which play a critical role in adrenal function, energy balance, and the body’s overall stress response.

Imbalances in these markers may indicate chronic stress, burnout, adrenal fatigue, or related health concerns.

Note: Bookings can only be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Changes made after this cut-off will not be accepted.

Important Information Before Your Appointment:

·       You should fast for a minimum of 8 hours before providing a blood sample. This means you should not eat or drink anything, except for water. We encourage you to drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated ahead of your appointment.

·       Please refrain from smoking or chewing gum prior to your appointment.

·       Do not stop taking any prescribed medication prior to your appointment.

·       Avoid rigorous exercise 48 hours prior to your appointment.

·       Please arrive 10 minutes before your allocated appointment time.

·       Please note this service is for over 18s only. Minors will not be tended to, and our team may ask for ID if you look under the age of 25.
