We have trusted relationships with local community GPs, with the ability to dispense your prescription at your local Pure Pharmacy branch via Healthmail. Alternatively, if you have been issued with a paper copy, you can simply upload it below using our online ordering service and take this copy with you on the day of collection.

How can I order a prescription from you?

Simply fill out the form on this page and upload a copy of your prescription. We will then contact you to arrange payment and collection. Items will not be dispensed unless we receive a physical copy of your script on the day of collection or alternatively your GP can send your prescription to your local Pure Pharmacy branch via Healthmail.

Can I send the prescription myself using Healthmail?

Unfortunately, the prescription has to come from your doctor via HealthMail to ensure traceability. If you were issued with a paper prescription, you can upload an image of it using our online form here. You will then need to take your paper copy with you, in order to be able to collect your prescription from our pharmacy.

How can I get a prescription price quote?

What is Healthmail?
