This test is for individuals aged 18 and over.

Developed in partnership with Beacon Hospital, the Beacon Connective Tissue Screen provides advanced screening for specialised autoimmune and inflammatory markers associated with connective tissue conditions.

This screen supports deeper investigation into autoimmune activity and inflammatory processes, helping to assess markers commonly linked to connective tissue disorders.

Note: Bookings can only be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Changes made after this cut-off will not be accepted.

Autoimmune & Inflammatory Health

• Anti-Nuclear Antibodies (ANA)

• Anti-Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibodies (ANCA)

• Serum Protein Electrophoresis (SPEP)

• Complement C4

Important Information Before Your Appointment

Fasting: Fasting is not required for this test.

Hydration: Drink plenty of water beforehand.

Smoking & Gum: Avoid smoking or chewing gum before your appointment.

Medication: Continue prescribed medication as normal unless instructed otherwise.

Exercise: Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours beforehand.

Arrival: Arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.

Age Requirement: This service is for adults aged 18+. ID may be requested if you appear under 25.
