This test is for individuals aged 18 and over.

The Coeliac Screening (tTG-IgA) Test measures tissue transglutaminase antibodies, which can indicate an immune response to gluten. It is commonly used as a first step in screening for coeliac.

This test may be useful for individuals experiencing symptoms such as bloating, fatigue, digestive issues, or unexplained nutrient deficiencies.

Note: Bookings can only be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Changes made after this cut-off will not be accepted.

Important Information Before Your Appointment

Gluten Intake: For accurate results, gluten should be present in your diet for at least 6 weeks prior to testing.

Hydration: Stay well hydrated before your appointment.

Medication: Continue prescribed medication as normal unless instructed otherwise.

Arrival: Arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.

Age Requirement: This service is for adults aged 18+. ID may be requested if you appear under 25.
