Offering a Covid-19 Booster or flu vaccine is a simple and cost-effective way to keep your team healthy and prevent transmission within the workplace.

We can organise vaccination appointments for employees at a convenient Pure pharmacy branch or alternatively a pharmacist can visit your work place if this is more convenient. *Minimum of 30 people required for workplace visit.

Who is eligible for a free flu vaccine?

Many people are entitled to a free flu vaccine. You can get a free flu vaccine if you are:

aged 65 years and older
aged 2 to 17 years
a healthcare worker
pregnant
living in a nursing home or other long-term care facility
in regular contact with pigs, poultry or waterfowl
someone with a health condition that puts you at higher risk of flu
living with someone who has a health condition that puts them at higher risk of flu
a carer for someone who has a health condition that puts them at higher risk of flu

Can children get the flu vaccine?

Yes, the flu vaccine is offered free to children aged 2-17 years.

Most children who get the flu have mild symptoms. But children and young people with long-term health conditions are at risk of serious complications from flu.
